Let’s be real, the -ber months tend to just blur together at some point and it seems like all my favorites in December are not that different from November. Unless some sort of epic event or travel happens in those two months, they tend to just blur to me. By December I don’t really have much time nor mind space to find any new favorites. I’m just trying to survive December. And with 2 kiddos? Like, wow. Am I even a person for myself?!

No.

The answer is no.

Oh but you’ll miss — stop right there. No, I won’t miss them climbing on me and asking for a baba every 3 minutes. Like how can something so little, drink so much?! You can’t possibly be that thirsty. You’re drinking your body weight in juice at this point kiddo. I mean, at least I don’t have to worry about dehydration but this can’t… be normal either…? So yes, most of my December was based around my kiddos and trying to make Christmas happen and even then I feel like I didn’t do enough. My home isn’t clean or organized enough. The tree wasn’t bright enough. Just things like that. I’m sure I’ll never reach my level of holiday aesthetic I really want, but I can hope that some day I will.

I stopped watching YouTube a long time ago — around the time I stopped making videos so it’s been awhile since I’ve actually watched anything on YouTube. I started watching Infinity Nikki videos and clips of Josh Johnson until I ended up just watching videos as a whole. It’s really a great way to wind down before bed, I really enjoy his stand up!

Infinity Nikki

I feel like I’ve talked too much about Infinity Nikki already but in reality, most the posts haven’t been completed or gone live. I have way too many post drafts and I’m really hoping they do end up live, eventually because they deserve to be!

I’ve been playing Infinity Nikki nonstop since I started and I’m starting to understand the mechanics of the game and man, is there a lot to understand. You’re basically given all the things you could pay for if you know how to get them and where to look. But if you’re impatient like me, then your wallet is going to suffer either way lmao.

Cozy Fleece Pants from Kohls

It’s been forever since I shopped at Kohls. Their stuff isn’t as good as it was back in 2005, that’s for sure and it’s hard for me to find anything I like but I decided to give it a try this winter because I was in need to some cozy clothes. I found these fleece pants from Cuddl Duds and they are SO soft, SO cozy and SO perfect for lounging around in the house in this insane 30 degree weather.

Sugar Cookie EOS Lip Balm

Ever since Softlips decided to discontinue their Sugar Cookie lip balm I’ve been on the hunt to find a dupe. And I’m so glad more companies have come out with a Sugar Cookie flavor even if it’s only during the holidays because it’s one of my favorite lip balm favorites!

I tend to use EOS lip balm at bed time, the stick not the ball ones because I swear the ball ones don’t work at all. The stick ones are so great at hydrating my lips over night. The upside to it tasting festive is I’m more likely to use it before bed which is much needed since my lips tend to get really dry and crack around this time of year.

Peppermint Bark Truffle from Bath & Body Works x Milk

At first glance I wasn’t too impressed with the B&BW x Milk collection, I thought it was pretty random. My husband insisted I sniffed Peppermint Bark Truffle while I was on the hunt for my annual Twisted Peppermint and because they didn’t have it in stock that day.

I opted for a hand soap instead of a candle and I low key regret it because I absolutely fell in love with the hand soap. Even when I went back I got it in body wash instead of candle since I haven’t been lighting candles as much as I typically do.

If they come out with something similar next year I’m definitely picking it up without hesitation!

Grilled Cheese from Panera Bread

Look.

I’m a sucker for a good Grilled Cheese, okay? And typically if I were to order one, it would be from Whataburger (add tomato) but I got one of these for the 2yo and bit into it just to try it and OMFG. WHAT?! I’ve been a Panera Bread member since it opened in my college town in 2005 and I’ve never thought to try their Grilled Cheese. I. HAVE. BEEN. DOING. MYSELF. A. DISSERVICE!!!

The down side is I can’t add tomato, at least not to the DoorDash order since they don’t allow customization, I haven’t tried it in store yet so I’m not sure if it’s just a mobile order thing or a thing in general but either way, it’s fire even without the tomato!

ChatGPT + Cow Bells

My friend Moon was playing with the ChatGPT Christmas card prompts after I told him to do one. Of course he’s so unhinged he asked Chat to add cow bells to his prompt. Yes, cow. bells. Then he added mine to the prompt and this is what it came out with.

I was laughing about this for a straight two days, it’s so ridiculous. The things that entertain me, I swear lol! Also can we just admire how perfectly curled my hair is?! Chat I need tips on how to get my hair this nicely curled!
